Use Scripting to write and then read your sentences

Lab Assignment
Listen to the words to 500 Miles by the Proclaimers on UTube. Print out the worksheet at http://www.esl-lounge.com/songs
Fill in the missing words.
Practice singing this song along with the music (like you are singing Karaoke).
Then, write 4-5 sentences about this song and prepare to speak your sentences aloud.
Use script marks on your sentences. (you can choose another song or a movie trailer if you prefer)
1. Break each sentence into good thought groups. ///
2. Capitalize the most important words. CAP
3. Bold face the stressed words (verbs and adjectives. ) B
4. Put accent marks over the stressed syllable ‘
5. Make sure your long vowels last longer and are stronger.
6. Practice over and over any difficult consonants and consonant blends.
7. At the end of each sentence, glide down or up or jump up or down.
Make two copies of your script, one for you and one for me
